AI processing requests are performed asynchronously. The user is responsible for retrieving the results in a timely manner. For security reasons and resource optimization, temporarily cached results are irrevocably deleted after 24 hours at the latest. There is no entitlement to permanent storage of this temporary data.

To prevent abuse and ensure availability for all users, the number of AI requests per Pro account is limited to 200 requests within 24 hours. This quota is reset daily at midnight (German time, CET/CEST).

The AI features of CVCanvas may only be used to create and improve application documents within the platform. Use for purposes outside the system is not permitted.

We reserve the right to limit the maximum number of tokens per request to a reasonable level for resume optimization. Automated use or mass scraping of AI responses is prohibited.

Holders of a Pro Pass receive access to AI-driven optimization features without individual billing per request. This access is intended for private use in the context of job searching.

Credits are consumed based on complexity: 1 credit per single-entry optimization, 3 credits per section optimization, and 5 credits for a complete translation, resume overhaul, or AI-powered resume parsing (import).

The purchase of Pro Passes and Credit Packages represents a completed one-time payment for a specific service. This is not a subscription; there is no automatic renewal.

All purchases are non-refundable from the moment of purchase. For Credit Packages, this applies as soon as the first credit (1 credit) has been used. Credits are not transferable between user accounts.

When purchasing multiple time-limited Pro Passes, the validity periods are added together ("stacking"). The term of the new pass only begins after the currently active period has expired.

Credits remain valid as long as the user account is active. There is no automatic monthly expiration of credits.

Access periods and daily usage limits are calculated based on Central European Time (CET/CEST). Time-based passes expire at 23:59:59 on the final day of the total accumulated access period.

Important Note: In the event of account deletion by the user, all remaining credits at the time of deletion will expire without compensation. No payout, refund, or transfer of remaining balances is possible.

You may delete your user account at any time without providing a reason. Upon account deletion, the contractual relationship ends with immediate effect.
